The MARC Contesters are made up of club members who enjoy contesting from their home or the Club QTH and submit their scores to the different contest sponsors and claim Meriden ARC for club credit.

For the ARRL contest we need to submit a list and location, (6 digit grid square), of the operators who wish to participate and submit their scores for the aggregate. For other sponsoring groups all that is required is that you submit your log and claim Meriden ARC as your club. A few of the major sponsoring contest groups are, ARRL, CQ, DARC (Worked All Europe), New England QSO Party and 10-10 International. For 10-10 we submit as The Castle Craig Chapter of 10-10. There are contests for all modes and interests and nothing is more satisfying than seeing your efforts published in the results or perhaps receiving a surprise certificate by mail or email for your efforts.

If you are interested in a fun weekend or day on the radio please let N1API know if you have not already registered as one of the MARC contesters.

See you in the pile ups.
