That is a fun contest. I did well in it a few years back. This year only a couple of contacts on Sat. evening. Was busy Sunday so didn't get on the air.

Most Canadians I've ever heard on the air!
I spent about two hours on one contact, a VY1 guy in Yukon Territory. I watched the pre-umbria line start to creep in on him and started having hope when I started hearing him better.... so did everyone else!
Never made him either. I kept his info in VFO A while I made other QSO's on VFO B and kept coming back. The last time, he must have QSY'd. Never found him on another band until 10 minutes before the end. O well.

Like those guys come out of their homes, into their shacks for the RAC and then go back home??!!

Seriously, I hardly ever hear Vxxx.

Got some 'chair time' on this one Saturday afternoon.
