Full Version: Guess Who's Calling On 28.375?

K1N, Navassa is on 28.375 working up. He's was working AF listening on .410. He's listening from .380 up. Sounds like they are answering all the way up to about .415.
Worked em yesterday morning on 20 mtrs with my new ground plane antenna.Smile

With all the time-off I've had recently, I've been hearing K1N on 10M, 17M, 20M. I'm still not 100% and I haven't been on the air much either.

Made a half-assed attempt on each of the last two Mondays but my heart wasn't in it. Only spent a few hours each day trying to break the pileup. I could hear him +20 each day but there must be a wall of noise on his end.

Almost put up Dave's two-element beam on my tripod but, I just wasn't up to it.

Maybe since I feel about 80% now, I can get thru one day before they shut down.

Well you've got till Sunday and Sunrise. I'd suggest 17 meters as your best shot if you have antennas.

They don't expect to see another team there for at least 10 years, (estimate).
