I heard James, AB1DQ on 20M Sunday a few times. Seems like we were turning the big knob in the same direction in the same place at the same time.

Crappy propagation thoughout and it did not get better Sunday. I had limited time BIC, only 10 hours. Had to work Saturday prime time. I did manage to make a few JA’s Saturday. Heard some Indonesians on 20M Sunday early but too much QRM prevented my hearing the exchange.

Europeans heard were Fins, Swedes, Danes, Spaniards, Portuguese, The French, a few Brits, Hungarians and Cyprians. One or two Germans with (I’m sure) hundreds of pounds of aluminum in the air.

15M consisted of TEP with Chileans, Argentineans, Ecuadorians, Brazilians and some Caribbean Islanders.

Still got pretty stoked when I heard my callsign returned by those JA’s!

Soapbox : Glad I'm not the only one that thinks propagation sucked. 40M was a total bust for me, usually my run band. My goal was to beat last WPX score (116k) which I obviously did not. Wanted to spend 20 hours BIC but social and work commitments prevailed. 15M was a disappointment too. Heard zip on 80M, usually my Caribbean night run band. O well, scores seem to indicate a blah contest but I still had fun. Heard a few home club members at least.
