Mellish Reef - VK9MA - Nov. 3rd to Nov. 16th - N1API - 11-07-2017
A 9 operator team, led by Rob, N7QT will be active from Mellish Reef as VK9MA, QRV from November 3rd, 2017 through November 16th, 2017. Mellish Reef, IOTA (OC-072) is currently #28 most wanted on Clublog. The team will be QRV from Heralds-Beacon Islet, the only permanent land in the reef on all bands, CW, RTTY, and SSB.
Check their web site here: https://vk9ma.com/ I worked them today on 20 meter RTTY and they had a pretty good signal about 21:45 UTC. Point the antenna about 260 degrees for short path openings.
