Ken Harmon K1IEQ 10-10 # 31363 - N1API - 05-10-2016
Ken Harmon K1IEQ 10-10 # 31363 became an SK on May 7th 2016. Many of the club members will remember Ken as the person who spoke at a club meeting in 2012 and asked us if we would be interested in being the sponsoring chapter for the 2013 10-10 International Convention which we decided to do and held at Bradley Field in July 2013. Ken was the Director in charge of conventions for 10-10.
Ken was in the early stages of Alzheimer's disease at the time. For those of you who attended the convention banquet you may remember Mel KD5DE the president making an emotional announcement as he announced Ken's retirement at the time from the Board of Directors of 10-10 for health issues.
Ken was a good friend for many years and will be sorely missed.
