ARRL VHF Contest

Sort of a bust. Not much activity. A few locals and the usual big guns nothing much else. Caught one club member on two meters but that's about it. Only 25 QSOs and 11 Grids so far. No 6 meter openings. This one does not get much attention from the masses. Probably the wrong season for it. Probably should be a 2 meter and above contest to let the UHFers take advantage of no leaves on the trees to absorb the signals.

Of course when you read the article after the contest they will call it a "success".
