The attached mp3 is a recording of some noise I've been getting lately. It's on all bands but very noticeable on 80m and quite annoying on 20m. It doesn't not pursist all the time. It doesn't sound, to me, man made but looking for the experienced ears out there to chime in. I looked at it with a scope and see peaks at 2000 and 2600 hz but too random to really say that's a correlated frequency. Is this just normal back ground noise?
