For anyone who was into RTTY in the 60's 70's or 80, a big name in the business and one of the first Digital RTTY companies was HAL Communications. Bill Henry, K9GWT was the founder of Hal Communications Corporation. He was also a great friend to many including myself and I was fortunate to be able to meet him at a few of the larger hamfests including Boxboro, (MA).
CQ Magazine reported that Bill passed away in mid July at 78 years of age. A good friend gone to that RTTY Net in the sky.
