When life give you lemons you make lemonade!

With the SteppIR broken all I had was the MFJ dipole on the tower.   So I was restricted to a 40 Meter solo band effort.   I did low power single band assisted and surprised even myself.

Here are the results.

40 meters was great Friday evening and I had over 50 countries before I quit at 0625 UTC.   Saturday morning was "OK" there had been a solar storm so that band was not top of line the "A" level was at 38 not good, in fact Saturday evening the band folder early, even the VEs were gone.   Sunday morning provided a few new ones.   Sunday evening was good I worked a few nice ones and hit 190 Qs about 15 minutes before the end.  I worked an OX7 and two more to get to 190 Q's and said, "I'm done!"

For those interested attached are my finds.

Am I bragging, yea guess so.

If you played this weekend please submit your log and use Meriden ARC as your club.
