Here is a great desktop conversion program that will convert just about any measurement that you need for any purpose. There are 23 different tabs for just about any unit of measurement you can think of from Angle to Volume-Dry, including a custom conversion section. Most useful for hams are Temperature, Distance, Mass (weight), and Speed. You can even turn off the tabs you don't want.

Simply open the ZIP and drag the convert file to your desktop. It sits on the desktop, no install required. This has been on all my computers for years including my work computer, (before I retired).
