Well it's 6:30 PM and I'm about done for the day. The bands were packed. I've got 11:05 hours in and am at 444 Qs, (oh my the battery in the keyboard just died mid sentence!), and at just a little over 237 K. So far the money band is 20 meters, followed by 15 which was in rather good shape and then 10 meters which surprised me by opening to Europe, South and Central America and even a Hawaiian station. I've actually got more time off at 12.39 (and counting). I started a hour late yesterday according to the clock and looking the log I think that's right I watched Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune and then started.

No "big finds" to report I guess the rarest thing I worked was the C9 on 20 Meters who was weak if anything. I do know that I've missed a number of good counties running on 20 meters in Iowa but they will always be there.

So I'm off to watch "The Martian" which arrived on Netflix this week, (on Blu-ray of course). Then a Johnny Carson re-run, (a different one plays every night on Antenna TV). Maybe like last night I'll check 20 meters before bed and see what there to pick up. There may be some good stuff available, I just hope I can keep my eyes open that long.

We'll see what tomorrow brings.

Wow you aren't kidding! 15M, 10M opened late, 20M $$ band and 40M split to EU. New Zealand, Japan, HI and AK. Many ATNO's for me, so much fun. Trying to work a S. Cook Isl guy right now, s8 or so and getting stronger.

At 120K right now abt 14H BIC. Going on for awhile, keep the coffee coming!
