The ARRL January VHF Contest is on for this weekend.
It begins 1900 UTC Saturday and ends 0359 UTC Monday.

Not a big weekend for me. I did not put a lot of effort into this one mostly because of all the other things both expected and unexpected happening this weekend.
First we had the ISS event, though not contest time I would have been preparing for the contest during this time. Also after the ISS event Rich and I went to a computer so Saturday late morning early afternoon in Southington for a couple of hours. By the time I dropped him off got gas and got home it was 2:30 PM(ish). Then because of the problem happening with my desktop computer I had to start to get it synchronized with the laptop so I could continue life in somewhat of a normal fashion and then start to get it vacuumed out for the repair shop. This pretty well killed Saturday it was about 8 PM when I got done and got the laptop connected up to the big monitor so I was done for the day.
Sunday morning was spent mostly at the repair place arranging the replacement of the power supply and also scheduling a couple of hardware upgrades that I've been thinking of doing. Once home time to make dinner and it was about 1:30 in the afternoon when I settled down to see what was on the air. I did slip in a few contacts before starting my steak and while everything was cooking.
So here are the results... I know others did much better.
