RE: CQ WXP CW Contest Results - N1API - 05-28-2023 Here are my results for the weekend. START-OF-LOG: 3.0 LOCATION: CT CALLSIGN: N1API CLUB: Meriden ARC CONTEST: CQ-WPX-CW CATEGORY-OPERATOR: SINGLE-OP CATEGORY-ASSISTED: ASSISTED CATEGORY-BAND: ALL CATEGORY-MODE: CW CATEGORY-POWER: LOW CATEGORY-STATION: FIXED CATEGORY-TRANSMITTER: ONE CLAIMED-SCORE: 123096 OPERATORS: N1API NAME: Al ADDRESS: ADDRESS-CITY: Meriden ADDRESS-STATE-PROVINCE: CT ADDRESS-POSTALCODE: 06451 ADDRESS-COUNTRY: UNITED STATES GRID-LOCATOR: FN31OM EMAIL: Contest : CQWPXCW Band QSOs Pts WPX Pt/Q 14 88 166 88 1.9 21 115 331 115 2.9 28 20 55 20 2.8 Total 223 552 223 2.5 Score: 123,096 1 Mult = 1.0 Q's Most of the work was done Saturday on 15 meters which turned out to be the best band. I did have some other things that I wanted to do which did include watching a couple of ball games and also the Indy 500. Sunday was spent mostly on 20 meters bringing up the QSO count. I did my usual WPX CW thing, search and pounce and work just the multipliers to maximize my score for the contacts made. It's a process that has worked well for me over the years. Overall a pretty enjoyable weekend. |
