Here are my results. Though it may seem like a pretty good score I'm a little disappointed.
The bands were not as good as they were in the CQWW SSB contest. Had they been I think
I could have been closer to 400 QSO and maybe even 500 with the potential QTC making the
total contests close to 1500. I worked a lot of stations with 4 and 5 hundred and some higher
QSO totals. I did not have the use of 40 because of RFI issues and also had to drop the power
back on 15 meters because of RFI. This is the price I pay for having a 40 meter dipole on the
tower.
There were some good signals from JA but that was mostly it for ASIA. Also the band seem to
"sleep" in the late afternoon before waking up to JA. I tried to make up for the poor conditions
by taking as much QTC as I could. Was not able to give it all away, that would have added
another 26 contact points.
