I spent a lot of time on 40 meters working the locals. I think upwards of 130 QSOs in NEQP.

Mine does not look very much like this. The first thing that jumps out at me on mine is that there was nowhere for me to put in the club info and it does not show up. I'm sure that is an operator error. Is there a way to edit it now or tell me how to make sure I know how to include it in the future?
You need a logging program that produces a Cabrillo file like N1MM. I think though for something like this one since it is a QSO party run by a individual you can just send it in and mention that you would like to use Meriden ARC as your club for the log. You are going to find though that if you enter more formal contests like the ones sponsored by the ARRL, CQ or DARC, (Germany's Worked All Europe Contests), you are going to have to submit a Cabrillo file so you will need a contest program or a logging program that produces a Cabrillo file. Maybe time for a Club Activity Meeting on contesting logging programs. Usually the contest rules will specify what formats they accept for logs.
Well, look at that! I did use N1MM and when I generated the Summary Sheet the club info was on there!
I feel so much better now. I guess my old eyes just didn't notice that it was already included! I would be very happy if there was an Activity Meeting on contesting and logging. I'm new to it and I don't have any major equipment but I do find it an enjoyable activity.
