RF Exemption & Compliance worksheets

I've attached a PDF sheet that I worked up to help folks out.  The process is very straight forward and it's my opinion this is a NOP (no op) for nearly all of us not using amplifiers.  If you are running an amp then you have some calculations to do probably for all bands.  I had to run the calculations for 12m, 10m, VHF and UHF but all other bands I could ignore (worksheet A).
