Ugh, sometime I get so messed up with these contests that have "unusual" start and end times. Fortunately the calendar on the Forum converts them for me.
Also here is a handy chart online that has both Standard and DST times that's useful too: http://www.w7mcm.com/zulutimeconversiontable.htm
As I started to look at the rules I see that this is a 12 hour contest. It also looks like some of it will be at times when most of the upper HF bands will be "in the dark". Looks like the most productive times, (at least for me) will be from the start to about 6 or 7 PM.
